Belkin’s HomeKit Enabled 3-Way Wemo Light Switch Shipping in May

Originally announced at CES 2019, Belkin’s updated Wemo Light Switch, is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The switch, which now features native HomeKit support without the need for an additional hub also supports Alexa and the Google Assistant making it one of the more flexible options available. The updated switch is currently only available in a 2-pack for $79.52, and is listed as shipping on May 6th.

This new version of the switch also supports 3-way installations, which means it can be installed in scenarios where more than one light switch controls a single light fixture. Belkin is stating that only 1 of their new switches are needed per 3-way circuit, but exact installation procedures are not available as of yet. Other unique features include the ability to turn on a group of wemo switches with a 2 second press, and a 3 year warranty.

Pricing for a single switch is not yet available, but we expect to hear more as we get closer to the product launch.
